The Power of Love There’s a reason love is the subject of so much of our literature, media, and lives. Love is vital to our well-being, and is the best natural anti-depressant. Without the right love frequency, we can quickly become unhappy. But what is love? Such a broad concept escapes even words. Though we may not have one set definition for love, thankfully we do know exactly how to love, and how we can go about sharing it. There is a popular children’s song that goes, ‘love is something when you give it away’. It’s true that, to feel the full benefits of best love, it is up to us to give it to those around us. Only then can love become real, and have an effect on our well-being. Love really does keep us healthy, but not only do our bodies and minds benefit from love. Our unions with other people benefit too. Love is so powerful that it allows us to develop bonds of trust with complete strangers. Performing an act of kindness is one of the easiest ways to share love. Whether you’re in a healthy marriage, a relationship, a friendship, or don’t know someone at all, performing an act of kindness can make someone feel love. This can be something as simple as using communication skills to give a compliment. You can trust in this way of sharing love to brighten other people’s days, and put a smile on their faces. Performing an act of kindness also helps our own love frequency, as we receive the love we put out into the world. Of course, love is vital too, to maintaining a successful union. So, what is the best way to show our love in a marriage? Knowing exactly how to love is dependent upon your partner, and their love language. For the best love, find out how you and your partner need to be loved. Use communication skills to discuss what it is that makes you feel the most loved. Sharing love so freely as this with another human can bring untold benefits. As well as being an anti-depressant, it is so much easier to trust and respect someone who is eager to share love.
